All our bags are packed... well not yet, but the tickets are bought!

Welcome, Matt, Amy (B-Rad), Katers, Cool Michelle and Mindi, to the Thanksgiving in Ireland Extravaganza Jubilee Trip blog. That a long name... so lets just call it; TIEJT. Its an Irish word meaning, wonderful!

Okay enough silliness.

You'll be able to find all the information you need at this blog. Obviously you can call me and ask me anything about the trip and I will be in contact with everyone but if you what to know what the plan is as the trip gets closer this is the place to look.

First off just a few documents:

This is the invoice from Dooley Vacations. It has the price per person on it and who I packaged together. It shows a lot of details that you may have questions about. Just click on the link and scroll down to where the little green arrow is pointing at the PDF file, it should only take a second to down load. Save it in your computer as this link will only last 7 days.

2. This is the confirmation from continental airlines... I have us all on the same flight going to and from the Newark airport. I know I know what your saying, why are we flying in and out of the Newark airport if we are leaving for Ireland from JFK? This was the cheapest way for us all to stay on the same flight... I am very familiar with both of these airports and we will have no problem getting from one to the other with the time that we have. This only has the total price but if broken down equals, $509.00.

Here is the break down for those of us coming from Phoenix:

Depart Phoenix Friday Nov 21, 11:34p

Arrive Newark Airport Nov 22, 6:15a

Depart JFK Nov 22, 640p

Arrive Shannon Intl Airport Nov 23, 555a

Mad wild crazy fun all week!

Depart Dublin Intl Airport Nov 29, 4:00p

Arrive at JFK Nov 29, 6:40p

Depart Newark Nov 30, 6:55a

Arrive Phoenix Nov 30, 10:34a

There you have it... let me know if you have any questions.

Also everyone say hi to Matt, he doesn't know anyone but me and Matt, play nice!

I'm going to try to keep posting pictures of Ireland to get everyone exited... and as we finalize the itinerary, I will post pictures of the places we are going!

Your great great great grandfather Howard Egan was born in Tullemore Kings County Ireland on June 15, 1815. It looks like it's smack dab in the middle of the country. There is family somewhere, maybe you can find them. That's all I have to say about that. Forest Lynn
